Our mission
Pasqual’s has always been a place of gathering for Madisonians and the surrounding communities. We have kept our time honored and loved recipes the same, while chef/owner Benjamin Roberts has added a few new things to add flavor and excitement to the mouth and soul. Our friends keep coming back and new friends are made, whether it’s for Madison’s favorite half-price margaritas on Tuesday nights or to fulfill a craving for red chile sauce.
